Shipping:

Packages ship via USPS, first class or priority, or UPS with tracking number.

If you've placed an order, but haven't heard anything back from us in a few days, PLEASE DON'T WORRY! We are a small business, hard at work making pillows. A tremendous amount of love and attention goes in to every single item we make, and we make everything in our shop from scratch. 

We do not out-source anything, everything is built by us and sewn on industrial upholstery machines to ensure durability. Everything we ship out goes through multiple process and steps. A tremendous amount of love and attention goes in to every single order.

Current turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. A specific date cannot be given. A tracking number will be sent via email when your shipping label has been created. WLG is not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address that you provide, so please make sure everything is correct before checking out.




Changes to your order:

We cannot charge you for anything you have not purchased, nor can we change your order. If you've made a mistake in ordering, you are free to contact us with a change request, but please understand, multiple changes lead to confusion and perhaps a delay in your order getting to you. 




Returns/Exchanges:

For the most part, everything in our shop is made to order. We offer a ton of customizations, which makes us unique. Your pillow is created just for you. For this reason, we cannot offer returns unless there is a quality issue with your order {as in a mis-spelled word, tear or stain}

If there is a problem with your order upon arrival, please email us here within 72 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your name, order number and tracking number (if available).

If items arrive damaged, photos will be required and upon approval, replacements or refund will be sent. In some cases, a claim may need to be filed with the USPS.

If items are out of stock and/or on back order, a refund may be issued at owners discretion, otherwise a store credit will always be issued!

Customer is fully responsible for return shipping charges unless a shipping mistake has been made on my end. 

All items must be returned in original and unused/unwashed condition, otherwise a refund/replacement will not be issued. 

With Lavender and Grace is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on wholesale orders, or items purchased at any of our retailers. Please contact your retailer to inquire about their refund/exchange policy.




Wholesale:

We love our shop owners! We exclusively offer wholesale for brick and mortar shops.

To place a wholesale order, please do email us and we will shoot you an invoice.

There are times throughout the year when we will not be accepting wholesale orders.

Please do not place an order and the retroactively ask for a wholesale discount.
